Some of the members of THE CONNOISSEURS are Owner Chef Joachim Splichal from Patina, Head Chef Takeshi Kikuchi from Tokyo Shiba Tofuya Ukai, Owner Chef Toru Okuda from Ginza Okuda, and Pierre Herme from Pierre Herme Paris.
