Grand Place

he Grand Place or the Grote Market is the main square of Brussels. The Grand Place is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the center of tourist activity. The square has a lively atmosphere 24*7 where many cultural and festive events like concerts and light and sound shows are organized.

Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium

The Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium are a group of six art museums located in Coudenberg, downtown area of Brussels. The Oldmasters Museum, also known as the Museum of Ancient Art houses artworks up to 1750, the Magritte Museum houses artwork by Belgian surrealist artist Rene Magritte, the Museum of Modern Art has a fine collection of artworks from the 18th century to present, the Fin-de-Siecle Museum houses late 19 th century and early 20th century artwork, Constantin Meunier Museum and the Antoine Wiertz Museum are smaller venues featuring Belgian artists. The total inventory of the Royal Museum includes over 20,000 sculptures, drawings, paintings from the 15th century to the present.

Atomium

Built for the World Fair of 1958, the Atomium is a landmark building in the city of Brussels. The 102 m structure was designed by Andre Waterkeyn, Jean and Andre Polak. The structure depicts nine atoms and has five habitable spheres which house public and exhibition spaces in addition to a restaurant offering panoramic views of the city.
