Chartered in 1964, the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville

country music artefacts. This number amounts to more than 2.5 million
artefacts, consisting of nearly 200000 sound recordings, about 500000
photographs and more than 30000 moving images on film, video and digital
formats.
Ryman Auditorium (formerly Grand Ole Opry House and Union Gospel
Tabernacle)
The Ryman Auditorium is a 2362-seat live performance venue that hosts
Alternative Rock, Bluegrass, Blues, Country, Classical, Folk, Gospel, Jazz,
Pop, and Rock concerts in Nashville. It also hosts stand-up comedy shows.
It is famous as the former home of the Grand Ole Opry from 1943 to 1974,
which in turn was a local country music radio program.
Centennial Park
Dedicated as a public park in 1903, the Centennial Park is a popular urban
park located about two miles away from downtown Nashville. It has hosted
Sunday concerts in the 1960s and one of the most famous celebrities and
early performers associated with it during the formative years was Pat
Boone.
