LATAM Ecuador is a subsidiary of LATAM Airlines and is based in Guayaquil, Ecuador. It was formerly LAN Ecuador or Aerolane Lineas Aereas Nacionales del Ecuador SA and was established in July 2002. The airline has its hubs at Mariscal Sucre International Airport, and Jose Joaquin de Olmedo International Airport. Its focus city at Mariscal Lamar International Airport. The airline connects Ecuador with several domestic destinations (like San Cristobal and Cuenca) and several international destinations in
North America, South America, and Europe. LATAM Ecuador fleet comprises Airbus 319, Airbus 320-200, Airbus 321, Airbus 350, Boeing 767-300, Boeing 787-8, and Boeing 787-9. The airline has codeshares agreement with American Airlines and Iberia.
