Economy Class
- Thai Smile Air tickets are offered in three sub-categories under Economy class - Saver, Value, and Flexi.
- Economy Saver passengers are allowed check in luggage of 20 kgs and their ticket is valid for 3 months.
- Economy Value passengers are allowed check in luggage of 20 kgs, their ticket is valid for 6 months, and booking changes are permitted subject to payment of fee.
- Economy Flexi passengers are allowed check in luggage of 20 kgs, their ticket is valid for 12 months, and booking changes are permitted free of charge.
Premium Economy Class
- Economy Plus passengers are allowed check in luggage of 30 kgs, their ticket is valid for 12 months, and booking changes are permitted free of charge.
- Economy Plus Passengers will have access to lounges with free Wi-Fi connection, available at select airports.
- Economy Plus passengers will also get the comfort of priority boarding.
