Classes of ServiceThomson Airways follows and operates in two-class configuration - Economy Club and Premium Club.
Economy Club- Post the take-off, Economy Club travelers are offered a complimentary three-course meal and drinks.
- Economy Club travelers get a minimum seat pitch of 32 inches. All seats are fitted with a personalized 9 inch TV that can be best used to watch movies, TV programs and games.
- Economy Club allows a standard 20 kg baggage allowance and 10 kg for children less than 2 years of age.
- Travelers of Premium Club are entitled to priority check-in, boarding and fast-tracked luggage facility.
- Premium Club seats have a minimum seat pitch of 32 inches.
- After take-off, all Premium Club travelers are served a complimentary three-course meal and drinks.
- Premium Club seats are fitted with a personalized 9 inch TV for watching movies, TV programs and games.
- Premium Club passengers enjoy a standard baggage allowance of 20 kgs besides a generous 10 kg for children less than 2 years of age. They may carry one free piece of hand luggage that should weigh not more than 5kg.
- The travelers using Select Your Seat or Extra Space, Extra Legroom or Premium Seats features can check-in online from 14 days before the scheduled departure of the flight.
- All other flyers can check-in online from 7 days before departure.
Online check in closes at 6 hours prior to departure for flights from the UK and Republic of Ireland, and 25 hours prior to departure for flights to the UK and Republic of Ireland.
