Located in Tianjin City, the Tianjin Airlines was founded on 8th June 2009. It is a joint venture of Tianjin government and HNA Group. The airline is headquartered at Tianjin Binhai International Airport and has secondary hubs at Hohhot Baita International Airport, Urumqi Diwopu International Airport, and Xi'an Xianyang International Airport. The airline offers both passenger and cargo services for domestic & international destinations. It flies on nearly 250 routes including over 30 international routes, which includes destinations like
Japan, Korea, China, Russia,
London, Auckland, Thailand, and more. It has a fleet of around 90 aircraft including A320, A330, and E190.
Amenities- In Economy Class, each passenger can carry 1 personal item and 1 piece of carry-on baggage. However, the baggage shall not weigh more than 5 Kgs.
- In First & Business Classes, each passenger can carry 1 personal item and 2 pieces of carry-on baggage. However, the total weight for each baggage shall not exceed 10 Kgs.
- The checked baggage allowance varies from route to route.
- Passengers travelling with baby can carry food for the baby, a baby carrier, and a foldable stroller on-board within the limits of the permitted weight.
- Specially-abled passengers can carry collapsible wheelchair and / or a pair of crutches and / or a pair of straps or other limb prosthetic appliances on-board within the limits of the permitted weight.
Web Check-in facility is available for all passengers apart from those travelling with children and infants. The check-in timings differ from destination to destination; however, the online check-in closes 3 hours before the scheduled departure.
