Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary
Established in the year 1927, the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary is a 90 year old sanctuary. It has been registered in the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's first and largest koala sanctuary. Here visitors get a chance to see hundreds of Australian animal species. Visitors can enjoy the opportunity of hand-feeding wild lorikeets & kangaroos and can even hold a koala. The Brisbane's Mount Coot-tha Botanic Gardens are known as the premier subtropical botanic gardens in Queensland, Australia. Customs House
The Customs House is situated along the banks of the Brisbane River in the Central Business District of Brisbane. Opened in the year 1889, it was initially used for collecting customs duty. Today, Customs House is said to be the most renowned avenues within the city. Apart from holding corporate & private events, the venue is also known for organizing wedding receptions. The building is a trademark to the city with its distinctive copper dome. It is a two storied brick building constructed in the classical architectural style. The prominent features of the building include a copper dome, masonry facade, public space, warehouse, and more. In the year 2005, Customs House was registered under the Queensland Heritage Register.

Nestled on the banks of the Brisbane River, the Cultural Centre is situated in the downtown Brisbane. Surrounded by subtropical gardens, the entire complex comprises several buildings including Queensland Art Gallery, Performing Arts Centre, the State Library, and the Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA). Amongst the permanent collection of the Queensland Museum & Science centre are a skeleton of the dinosaur, Muttaburrasaurus, and the Avian Cirrus (plane in which Bert Hinkler made the first solo flight from England-to-Australia). The gallery here holds a collection comprising works by domestic and European artists such as Picasso, Arthur Boyd, Sir Sydney Nolan, William Dobell, and George Lambert.
