One of the most affluent neighborhoods in Charlottetown, Brighton is defined by Colonel Gray Drive, North River Road, McGill Avenue and Spring Park Road. While roaming in its streets you will find more than 100 years old structures graced by mature trees on both sides of the road. The area features some of city’s top restaurants and shops.
Bounded by Queen Street and University Avenue, Grafton Street and Kent Street Downtown Charlottetown is located in city’s heart. Federal and provincial government offices along with private enterprises cram the area. Here you will find city’s cultural epicenter the Confederation Centre of the Arts as well as the imposing Province House.
Earlier a separate village, Spring Park was included as a neighborhood in Charlottetown in 1959. Beautiful bungalows covered with mature trees line the streets on both sides. This is an ideal place to visit several famous churches and restaurants.
