National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum (or the Navy SEAL Museum)
The UDT-SEAL is an acronym for Underwater Demolition Teams and Sea, Air and Land. It is the name of one of the world’s most decorated and famous commando forces. The National Navy UDT-SEAL Museum near Fort Pierce is the world’s only museum dedicated to the navy SEALS. It is home to a wide range of jaw-dropping exhibits related to this commando force and centrally admired for the UDT-SEAL Memorial, which is the only memorial dedicated to the United States Navy SEALs and their predecessors.
AE Backus Museum & Gallery
The AE Backus Museum & Gallery in Fort Pierce is home to the world’s largest collection of paintings made by AE Backus (1906-90), a famous Floridian artist.
