The hub of the city is the Dizengoff Circle, which is laid out on two levels with a raised area for pedestrians. From the circle, tourists can also walk on Dizengoff Street that runs southeast to Habimah Square. Habimah Square is the cultural center of the city and is home to the Habimah Theater.
Tel Aviv Museum of Art
A wonderful place to visit for art buffs, Tel Aviv Museum of Art is a leading museum in the contemporary art scene of Israel. The museum boasts works by Picasso, Van Gogh, Jackson Pollock, Henry Morre, Monet, and Degas, along with the world's largest collection of art pieces by Israeli artists.
Haganah Museum
Located in the house that was once occupied by Haganah Commander Eliyahu Golomb, this museum documents Haganah guerrilla force that actively attacked British Mandate Rule. In addition to this, in the museum there are several weaponry exhibits and information on the Haganah's activities. The museum remains closed on Friday and Saturday.
