Bird species found in the park include the golden eagle, bald eagle, hummingbird, woodpecker, falcon, osprey, hawk, and owl. Marine mammal species found in the park include salmon, harbor seal, humpback whale, sea otter, stellar sea lion, orca, Pacific white-sided dolphin, and minke whale. Around 80 percent of the visitors to Glacier Bay National Park and Preserve arrive on cruise ships.
