sports. Namib-Naukluft National Park, located in the east of the city, is
home to oryx, ostriches, and mountain zebras. Tourists can also take a
sandy off-road track leading south to the secluded Sandwich Harbour lagoon,
which is a testing ground for several migrant wading birds. There are
angling spots like Sarah Se Gat and beaches like Langstrand lining the
coast to the north.
