Jiaxiu Tower
A spectacular three-level pavilion around 20-meter high, Jiaxiu Tower is located in the water and connected by the Fuyu Bridge at two banks. The tower boasts white stone pillars and green tiles, white stone parapets, and engraved windows. Inside the tower, there is an assorted collection of authentic works of ancient calligraphers. The most popular in this collection is the couplet written by Liu Yushang at the time of the Qing Dynasty.
Qianling Park
One of the most remarkable attractions on the Guizhou plateau, Qianling Park was named after the Qianling Mountain. The park features clear water, old temples, beautiful woodland, and verdant mountains. A 'holy fountain' is located up the mountain whose water is considered by natives to be coming from the heaven. The lake of Qianling flows at the foot of the mountain. The park is home to over 500 energetic macaques, around 1500 sorts of trees, and 1000 kinds of herbs.
Hongfu Temple
The largest temple of Zen Buddhism in Guizhou Province, Hongfu Temple is one of the national key temple scenic areas in the province. On the entrance, there are the Drum Tower and the Bell Tower located on the both sides. The temple boasts three halls- Heavenly King Hall, Bodhisattva Hall, and Mahavira Hall boasting the statues of Maitreya Buddha and four Heavenly Kings, statue of Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara with 32 arms, and the gilded statues of Sakyamuni and the 18 Arhats respectively. Besides these halls, Hongfu Temple also features galleries, springs, and pools.
