Christmas Market
From past 50 years, Christmas Market is being held in Memmingen. Initially the motive of the market was to provide travelers with the opportunity to earn money. Near about 30 stalls are put up which sell various Christmas items and gifts. This market opens few days prior to the festival.
St. Martin's Church
St. Martin's Church is one of the oldest churches in Memmingen. Situated in the outskirts, the church is an important landmark in the region. It is the tallest building in the city (nearly 65 meters tall). House to numerous artwork including around 500 year old choir stalls, it is said to be precious art treasury in the city.
