Pictograph Cave

Pictograph Cave refers to a group of three caves that were excavated in 1937. They contain a large number of artifacts, out of which more than 30000 artifacts have been identified. These caves derive their names from a large number of cave paintings portraying animals, warriors and weapons painted by local Native Americans centuries ago. The oldest painting here is 2100 year old.

ZooMontana

ZooMontana is Montana's only zoo and botanical park. It represents a year-round wildlife identity of the region and consists of nearly 100 animals across 58 species. The zoo is divided into many small parts,

Pompeys Pillar National Monument is a prehistoric rock formation near Billings and one of the smallest National Monuments in the United States. It is hallmarked by a 150-feet tall pillar that stands royally above the Yellowstone River and features numerous examples of Native American engravings. Also of note is an engraving of a signature reading William Clark, dated 25 July 1806.
