The Botero Museum in Bogota is home to one of Latin America's most
extensive international art collections. It features more than 200 art
pieces, out of which 123 works belong to famous Columbian artist Fernando
Botero alone. The museum is flanked by other historic monuments like the
Luis Angel Arango Library and the Gold Museum of Bogota.
Planetarium of Bogota
The Planetarium of Bogotá is a cultural center and planetarium located in
the International Center of Bogota. This 50-year-old space facility,
hallmarked by a 23-metre screen cupola, was the first of nine locally
placed museums. Other attractions here are Space Museum, the Natural
Science Museum, the Film District and the Museum of Modern Art.
Catedral Primada de Bogota (Spanish for Primatial Cathedral of Bogota
)
The Primatial Cathedral of Bogota (officially the Metropolitan Cathedral
Basilica of the Immaculate Conception) is a Roman Catholic cathedral
located at Bolívar Square in Bogota. It is seat of the Archbishop of
Bogotá. This grand cathedral was made after four attempts, the last one
coming together from 1807 and 1823.
