The John Deere World Headquarters is a complex of four buildings related to famous 19th century blacksmith and manufacturer, John Deeere. The Rock Island Arsenal Museum
Established in 1905, the Rock Island Arsenal Museum is the second-oldest US Army Museum in the United States. It is focally known for the second-largest collection of small arms weapons that were ever used by the country’s army, seconded by several outdoor vehicles. It is well worth a visit for its Union Army prison camp that was operational during the Civil War between 1863 and 1865, and some assorted memorabilia related to it.
